Hi, I'm Robin Atwood, an Austin personal trainer ready to help you meet your fitness goals.


With more than 12 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it means to change the quality of a persons life, not only through fitness but through an an entire whole-health overhaul.

My approach to health and wellness is simple: I provide the building blocks and you set the pace. We’ll start by addressing internal issues that might be preventing you from achieving your fitness goals and then integrate personalized fitness routines that safely prepare both your mind and body for the lifestyle change. This step-by-step approach will allow you to create solid, sustainable habits that become an effortless part of your everyday life.

I know this process isn’t easy for most, but as your personal trainer, you’ll have the comfort of knowing that I’m right there with you, cheering you on and offering support every step of the way.
